ActiveCampaign (USA) – CRM and email marketing platform. Data transfers to the USA are protected via UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

If your data is processed via services like ReSend (e.g. for mailing lists), those services are governed by your own agreement with them and their privacy terms.

We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe. However, please note that data sent over the internet is never 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its security during transmission.

Data Retention

  • Enquiries: 12 months after last contact.
  • Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
  • Client records: up to 7 years (legal/professional obligations).
